The 2013 Virgin Money Cyclone is expected to attract 4,000 cyclists to Newcastle to tackle one of three Rides from Leazes Park to the Northumberland Countryside. The next day, the spotlight will be on the pro’s, with the best of the women competing in the Curlew Cup, and some of the biggest teams in Britain such as IG-Sigma and Madison Genesis contesting for the Beaumont Trophy.

The first event of the weekend, the Tyne 6 Bridges ride, which takes place on Thursday 27th June, will commence from the home of Saddle Skedaddle, the Cycle Hub.
