The ride from El Chorro to Grazalema is such a dream. A real treat of a day’s riding. You get to pack so much in both on the road and visually…. Curving through El Chorro’s spectacular gorge, riding up through the picturesque El Turron river valley, crossing up and over the Puerto de los Vientos, cruising past Ronda, and finally that magnificent climb and descent in the Sierra de Grazalema. Wow!
The service from Skedaddle was excellent – does Jacky ever have a bad day? I’ve yet to witness it – always ever so cheery, informed, helpful; taking care of the group both before we departed and at Gibraltar airport on our way back! 10/10 and the team on the trip were also excellent. Tour leader Manuel exerted such a sense of calm leadership and his fantastically dry sense of humour was an excellent mood breaker to keep everyone’s spirits high. The other guides made their jobs look relatively effortless, whilst more importantly also making us as a group feel so welcome and attended to – they both showed real care and attention! P.S. I reckon Nacho is a real Skedaddle star of the future in the making – he’s so conscientious, aware, and friendly he’s got all the key attributes to make a Skedaddle guest have a great time on a trip!
Water and food was made readily available by the guides at every stage of every day’s riding. Given the hot weather, their efforts provided made all the difference! Overall the location, group, cycling, accommodation, and weather (!) were all of the high standards I’d expect from Skedaddle.

Friendly and efficient guides...
Our lead guide Manuel and assistant guides Alex and Nacho were fantastic, very hard working friendly and efficient. Refreshments were excellent and the crew were very responsive to our requests, for example salty snacks rather than sweet treats. I imagine it’s hard when groups vary in their tastes and needs! The first day for me had everything!

Already thinking about my next Skedaddle holiday...
Everyone I have spoken to / had dealings with at Skedaddle has been both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Dan (tour guide) was great, very easy going but knew exactly what was going on and nothing was too much trouble!
Excellent tour guides!
Dan was an exceptional leader of our tour. He was perfect! Knew the routes, made us laugh, included everyone – a real hard worker! Sebastian was fantastic too – always at everyone’s service, always on time, professional, reliable – exactly what you needed. Knocked up a fantastic lunch and worked tirelessly without complaint.
One of those special holidays I will remember fondly...
Cycling up in the Sierras, in the pines and down through the olive groves was lovely. Dan Steve and Seb were great and nothing was any trouble at all. Seb’s lunches were something to look forward too!
Absolutely fantastic guides! Great fun but professional and nothing too much effort. Seb’s lunches were the best Skedaddle lunches I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few!). Steve bonkers but great fun. The three guides were a great team.
