Thank you for giving us such a fabulous weekend...
This was my second trip with Saddle Skedaddle and both times they have been fantastic. From the initial contact with the company through to the goodbyes at the end you are treated with friendliness and professionalism. The team worked like clockwork, they fixed punctures, chains, gears and brakes – all with good humour. They gave help and advice where and when necessary and this was really appreciated by our gang of Sassy Lassies. They were great company at dinner but I can’t think why they declined to join in with our Abba singing session! One guide accompanied the previous group that did the C2C about 4 years ago and I was so pleased to hear that he was with us again as I knew we were in safe hands but have to say that the other two were also fantastic. Thank you for giving us such a fabulous weekend. Both days were really good – the first day was longer but in comparison with day 2 the cycling was easier. Day 2 was much harder (increased gradients) but weather was superb and the views spectacular!
What a fabulous adventure...
What a fabulous adventure. Our guides embraced our group Sassy Lassies. They controlled the ride fantastically, their encouragement was second to none. The guys were true ambassadors for you, top quality service and always with a smile. My favourite day was Day 1, because of the fantastic fast descents. It was also great to have the challenge on both days!
The guides were fun, kind, patient, helpful, and fitted in with us so well. They were superb. They fixed our bikes and encouraged slower people up the hills. One even fixed my gears on my bike which made my life easier! The food breaks were good and we had a lot of fun with them.
Our guides were so supportive...
The team were very well organised and always had lovely food and hot drinks waiting for us along the route. Our guides were so supportive, knowledgeable, helpful and always positive. They helped us achieve more than we could have dreamed possible.
Saddle Skedaddle went above and beyond!
An excellent service and an unexpected one, Saddle Skedaddle went above and beyond the normal preparation required! Picnic lunches were a real luxury when I was expecting a packed lunch from the hotel. The food and refreshments that were provided were a good feature of this trip. The hotel was of high quality and in a pretty location with friendly and helpful staff.
The whole package was brilliant I had such a great time. It was great to see such a hidden Gem of Shropshire. I was apprehensive at first as we haven’t got hills in Suffolk but the guides soon put any doubts to bed. Still found hills good lung burners
